Eng.Fathi was born at 1948.He is currently the Deputy Chairman of execution affairs in Societe Egyptienne D’entreprises (S.E.D.E) one of the leading construction Firms in the Middle East .

He holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Faculty of Engineering, Alexandria University in 1971.

Prior to assuming his current position in November 2006, Fathi held several administrative positions with SEDE including Sector Director of Technical Affairs For Implementation (December 1997), General Director of Executive Area (February 1995).

Since joining the SEDE Company in 1976, Fathi handling different construction projects such as:in Monofeya zone he made waste water works in (Sers El Laban ,Menof ,El Bagoor)And Seed Company For Medicine , and as a supervisor at monofeya and Hawamdeya Zones.

Fathi awarded several thanked letters from SEDE from Local Unit For (Sers Ellaban City El Monofeya , Kafr Elshekh , Physical Planning management (kafr el shekh) , I.C.s).
