DR. Mohamed Hashem ELshikh was born at 1949; he is currently a Deputy Chairman of Board for Financial Affairs & administration In Societe Egyptienne D’entreprises (S.E.D.E) one of the leading construction Firms in the Middle East. .

He holds a Bachelor of commerce from Cairo University Faculty of Commerce- Egypt and a Master degree of Administration & Management -finance from Columbia Pacific University California, USA in 1995.
Dr. Hashem also received his PhD. in Administration & Management - finance from Columbia Pacific University California, USA in 1997.

From 1986 to 2007 dr. Hashem attended numerous postgraduate professional courses including Budgeting & Internal Control, Computer & Information System, Management Information System & Business Games, International & Egyptian Accounting Standards, and Tax Form Preparation.

Dr. Hashem held several administrative positions with SEDE including Chief Accountant / Preparing Financial Costing & Monetary Positions and Reports, Financial & Administrative Manager in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia branch office, Senior Manager of Budget & finance, Financial Controller & Planning Controller Preparing Financial Statements and reporting all the banking affairs in the UAE branch office.
