Eng.Mahmoud El-Taweel was born at 1952.He is currently the executive board's member for execution in SEDE, one of the leader Firms in the Middle East.

He holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from Faculty of Engineering, Cairo University in 1977.since he joined SEDE on 1979 he has been promoted to several managerial positions .

Prior assigning his current position Eng. Mahmoud Al-Taweel was appointed as sectors director for executive affairs all over sede since December 2008.

During his tenure, SEDE has succeeded in implementing more than 75% of water projects in greater cairo in cooperation with several international specialized firms.
