Eng.Nabil Henary Tadros Khalil was born at 1947.He is currently the Deputy-Chairman of execution affairs in the Société Egyptienne D`entreprises Co., one of the world's leading construction companies in the Middle East. .

He holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Faculty of Engineering, Asiot University, 1970. .

Prior to assuming his current position in June 2007, Henary held several administrative positions with SEDE including a Manager of Technical Affairs for Implementation (August 2005), Sector Director of Technical Affairs For Implementation (December 1997), General Director of Executive Area (February 1990). .

Since joining the SEDE Company in 1977, Henary handling different construction projects such as: Holiday and Pyramids Hotel ,El Koraymat Hydrolic Line(El Zaafrana) . And as a supervisor at Qena Sector. .

Henary awarded several thanked letters from SEDE from Chairman of the Board ,Swiss company for engineering(1981).Tuv (2005) .
