Construction of Water supply schemes & Associated Buildings at the East Region Contract No.136/2005
Project Description:
Project will provide the design, supply, fabrication, construction, installation, testing, commissioning, and initial maintenance of the follows:
- Supply, construction, testing and commissioning of 130 km of steel water transmission pipelines of dia. From 650 mm: 900 mm with all associated reinforced concrete structures such as valve chambers, culverts, ducts & NDRC.
- Supply, construction, testing and commissioning of 270 km of D.I water transmission pipelines of dia. From 150 mm: 700 mm with all associated reinforced concrete structures such as valve chambers, thrust blocks, culverts, ducts & NDRC.
- Construction of 18 Nos. of 800 to 5000 m3 capacity ground reservoirs complete with piping works and associated buildings.
- Construction of 8 Nos. water towers of 80 to 900 m3 capacity each and 30 m height complete with piping works.
- Construction of 10 Nos. pumping stations with different flow and head (Flow rate 2500 : 4000 m3/hr) and upgrading of 3 Nos existing pumping stations complete with wiring, switch gear , control system and associated buildings.
- Laying of 50 km Over-Head Cables.
- Laying of 310 km Fibre Optic Cable.
