• The company owns a variety of Land-Budgeted at LE 1700 Million Egyptian Pounds in different areas at the following governorates :

  1. Cairo Area ( Heliopolis – Al Obour – Al Salam City – Helwan ) ‎ ‎‎‎
  2. Damietta Area ( Djerbi – Ajamyeh – Ras Albar ). ‎ ‎‎‎
  3. Beheira Area ( Nubaria ).

• The company now in the process of agreement with a real estate development companies to perform the role of developer for the company's property in Al Obour area of 55700 Sqm which valued at 250 Million Pounds to be the start in the field of real estate investment.

• At time being the company is also preparing for the sale of some land property in Al Salam City , an area of 164000 Sqm with an estimated value of 400 Million Pounds.

• In addition to the above the company introduced some plots of land area in Helwan during the upcoming period area of 155000 Sqm and a total estimated value of 250 Million Pounds.
